It's unfortunate that all of us Filipinos do experience the Coronavirus pandemic and it affects every planning and the execution aspect of the youth development program in all extent, but the planning team decides the program to commence once we have received proper guidance from the mother organization, the Inter-Agency Task Force for Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF) and from the Department of Education as partner government agency in this annual youth development flagship program. The organization is still in its initial phase of planning to minimize exposure to the disease while it has no cure as we speak. We are doing our very best to continue the yearly showcase of talents in a conventional theatrical venue that everyone would be safe and healthy upon conduct of every activities listed under its program schedules.

The organization has been aware of the delay of the opening of classes for school year 2020-2021 and consistently adapting to the changes done by the education department and of the Armed Forces of the Philippines in terms of Civil-Military Operations protocol, and assures the general public that when the youth development program launches, all the necessary precautions, safeguards and safety nets are being relied upon and executed by the youth representatives and facilitators under the youth organization.

Together, we can beat COVID-19. During the Enhanced Community Quarantine, the organization is planning every single day to innovate on its youth development platforms to bring the best on the next batches of student-recitalists and to maximize the potentials of the youth development program, bringing everyone to another standard of events management, program management, artistic management and improvement on all aspects of performing arts.

The program will commence its full preparations once the Enhanced Community Quarantine has been lifted. With its full preparations on hand, the priority of the organization is the safety of all the members, officers, the members of the board, the advisory council & most importantly, its stakeholders.

We are with the government in this trying times, and we will use the given them to brainstorm new innovations and scouting resources to bring the next batch the most pleasant experience of being a performer and its disciplines along with the responsibilities we will instill to the hearts and minds of the future cast and production staff of this youth development program.

Padayon, Pilipinas! Padayon sa paglinang ng kakayahan, mga kabataang Pilipino!

Stay at home, save lives and see you on stage next school year.
