Official Statement of the Youth for Peace Movement - Nueva Ecija in regards of the conduct of the YFP Dulaang Magayon 2020:

We are all aware of this novel coronavirus pandemic and what it has done with our own everyday lives, the continuous fight of the government and the people of the Philippines versus this live virus is ongoing until a desirable medicine and vaccine had been found. The prohibition of mass gatherings is one of the "new norms" and with that, the theatrical youth development program initiated by the organization to commence this school year 2020 - 2021 is hereby cancelled.

This may come as an unfortunate decision for all of us, but the safety and security of the recitalists as well as other stakeholders are of our concern. The theatrical youth program will commence on the school year 2021-2022, and our preparations for a much upgraded and much awaited moment of first-time recitalists to perform onstage in a full-theatrical setup will still continue, innovating our teaching and training techniques, upgrading together with suitable materials and components to make the lives of all involved much better.
