THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR'S COMING UP!

Brace yourselves to the much upgraded and much better YFP Tanghal-Dangal

The Youth for Peace Movement - Nueva Ecija, on its fifth year, bringing every public high school a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience that everybody will remember, will bring another story that will capture your mind, heart and spirit in learning the lessons of life in an entertaining way.

Collaborating with partner schools per school year is the general objective, and producing a major theatrical play and make its beneficiaries experience the wonder and the magic of performing onstage, to boost confidence, to work in a pressured environment, and to properly handle responsibilities, commitment and being creative at all times.

WHAT IS UPGRADED ON THIS THEATRICAL SEASON?

Everything will be upgraded, from the production team, the selection process itself, a new technical system provider that will bring magic and awesomeness to the theatrical production. Investing more in technical equipment and upgrading marketing strategies based on previous experiences in partner schools.

IS THE ATTITUDE OF THE PARTICIPANT-BENEFICIARY IMPORTANT?

Yes, it is.

In creating a memorable theatrical production, it's everybody's responsibility to act, adjust, and take care of the relationships they've created during the theatrical production. Relationships are important in a theatrical production. Without proper attitude, the whole production cannot bring the best on each other, thus, sufficing the quality of the theatrical production.

LOVE ONE ANOTHER. BE RESPECTFUL. BE EXPERIENCED.

Everybody has their own immaturity, we cannot justify those things beyond our control.

What's important is that, we know where we are coming, and we know how to respect people with much experience better than us. It's the key to a harmonious relationship.

GUEST CELEBRITY / ARTIST

This year's Tanghal-Dangal is much memorable, because the production team will import an artist that is famous in her act, performing in the national television, a great opportunity to perform much better than the best, to show that we can do our real best and hardest of our effort just to make the performance and the whole play a memorable and astounding experience for everyone.

TECHNICAL SYSTEM SUPPLIER

As all we know, the technical system has a large impact on the play itself, and for the three years that we have been on the previous supplier, we evaluated their performance in giving services to the theatrical project, claiming that they have theatrical experience beforehand. The results of the evaluation did not turn in their favor, and now, we're officially announcing our new tie-up with the new technical events supplier, giving their 100% equipment availability, the competitiveness of the technical staff that will render service to the project, the equipment's features including the real time lights on and lights off, providing a follow spot that is important to the theatrical play, and of course, they are being trusted by the organization to provide everything that is indicated on their technical rider given to us, in exchange for a reasonable service fee that will reciprocate the value of the theatrical production.

Here are the things that will improve in the next theatrical project, by summary:

1. Much better sound. (due to sophisticated and new equipment)

2. Lightings are much professional.

3. Using a much complicated light processor and control

4. Theatrical play will use internal communicator headsets, important for real time delivery of internal production cues and queries.

5. Lights will be on a inverted-U steel trusses, commonly used in theatrical events, as an overhead lighting illumination.

These are some of the things that made the organization switch to a new provider.

And we welcome them to the YFP Tanghal-Dangal family for the next theatrical seasons.

PREPARATION TIME / ACTING ENHANCEMENT ACTIVITIES

Apart from the 5-week preparation time (which is too short), made the event suffer the quality at the perspective of the organizer. This year, we will have a 14-week preparations before the theatrical play which will cover recital and workshops for acting, singing and dancing moreover for theatrical mentoring for all artists and theatrical workshop for dedicated production staff and heads.

The YFP Tanghal-Dangal will be more of a talent showcase during its recital day.
